Fitness: Keeping fit and active. Wellness and movement are important - they help us to keep our bodies and minds healthy. It's also lots of fun to get moving, particularly if you can convince other people to join in with you. Please watch the Dance Along video below. Your challenge is to follow the video and recreate the dance. Afterwards, take some pictures to show your moves. If you'd prefer, you could record a quick video of you talking about what it was like to follow the routine.

Did you find it challenging? Did it make your heart beat faster?

Geometry: Rotation
Draw your answers in the box.

Poetry: Pet Poetry using 'ing' words!
Read the instructions carefully.

1. Today we would like you to write a list poem about your pet, or an animal you would         like as a pet! Please watch the video below.

2. Write your list poem about a pet. (Look and listen to mine for ideas)

3. You should think of things your pet does. You may want to plan these first on a piece       of paper, or talk about your pet with an adult.

4. Try to think about your pets personality too, what they like and what they do.

For example if I was writing about a goldfish I might use the words swimming, floating,
splashing, shining, glistening etc. I could the turn these into lines on my poem.
for example: swimming and splashing bobbing and shining and glistening.

5. Share it with your teacher.

Writing:   Baking & Cooking
Find a recipe and check you have the ingredients to make it. (You might want to check with your parents or caregivers that you are allowed to use the stuff you need).
Bake or cook your goodies, and please do not forget to take pictures. You might want to capture the moments and share them with us. Finally, write your most fun or interesting part of being a 'chef'. Happy Baking!
